Could the HERA W10 Elite reinvent ultrasound imaging in obstetrics and gynecology care?
The newly launched ultrasound system offers 2D and 3D visualization of microcirculatory and slow blood with the Advanced MV-Flow™ feature and a large organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display that provides improved characterization of diverse ultrasound images, according to Samsung, the manufacturer of the HERA W10 Elite system.
Samsung said the HERA W10 Elite also has HeartAssist™, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced feature that provides automated measurement views to facilitate diagnosis of the fetal heart.

Other planned features, pending 510(k) clearance from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), include a new EV2-12 transducer that allows imaging of the fetal heart and brain starting at eight weeks and Biometry Assist™, which allows one-click measurement of fetal growth parameters.
